Privacy Policy

When you order we collect your name, email, shipping address and phone number so we can ship the order and reach you about it. When you contact us we keep the messages you send. We also keep basic technical logs (IP, user agent) to secure the site and audit admin actions.

Strictly to fulfil orders, reply to your messages, and keep the site safe. If you sign up for the newsletter we use your email only to send it — you can unsubscribe at any time from the footer of every newsletter email.

Only the people and services needed to run the business: our shipping carrier, our email provider, our payment processor, and our hosting. We don't sell or rent your data.

Order records are kept for the period Danish bookkeeping law requires (currently 5 years). Contact-form messages are deleted when the conversation is finished. Newsletter subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe.

The newsletter is double opt-in: after you enter your address we send one confirmation email, and nothing else goes out until you click the link in it. We store your email address, your restock digest preference, when you signed up, when you confirmed and, if you leave, when you unsubscribed. Confirming issues a single-use first-order discount code tied to your address; we keep that code and whether it was used, so it cannot be reused or passed on.

Emails are sent through Brevo, our email provider, which processes your address on our behalf. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and our emails include a one-click unsubscribe header so your mail client can do it for you. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately; if you also want the record deleted, email us and we will remove it.

If you ask to be told when a sold-out compound is back, we store your email address together with that product until the alert has been sent or you stop it using the link in the email. It is a single service email, not a subscription, and it does not add you to the newsletter.

If you start an order and do not complete payment, we may send at most two emails about that order, using the address you entered at checkout. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in completing an order you initiated. Each reminder contains a link that stops any further reminders for that order.

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within a few business days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Authority.
