Privacy Policy

When you order we collect your name, email, shipping address and phone number so we can ship the order and reach you about it. When you contact us we keep the messages you send. We also keep basic technical logs (IP, user agent) to secure the site and audit admin actions.

Strictly to fulfil orders, reply to your messages, and keep the site safe. If you sign up for the newsletter we use your email only to send it — you can unsubscribe at any time from the footer of every newsletter email.

Only the people and services needed to run the business: our shipping carrier, our email provider, our payment processor, and our hosting. We don't sell or rent your data.

Order records are kept for the period Danish bookkeeping law requires (currently 5 years). Contact-form messages are deleted when the conversation is finished. Newsletter subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe.

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@akhbiolabs.com and we'll respond within a few business days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Authority.
