Terms of Service
1. Research use only
All products sold on this site are supplied for in-vitro research purposes only. They are not medicines, not food, not cosmetics, and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment or cure. By placing an order you confirm you are purchasing for legitimate research.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to comply with local law.
3. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices are in EUR and shown with applicable VAT. Shipping is a flat €30 across the EU. Payment is made via the methods offered at checkout; your order is confirmed once payment is received.
4. Shipping and risk
We ship across the EU. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are indicative, not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you on hand-off to the carrier. Tracking information is sent when your order ships.
5. 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer you have 14 days from the day you receive the order to withdraw from the purchase, in line with Danish and EU consumer law. To exercise the right, email support@akhbiolabs.com with your order number before the 14 days are up, then return the item within 14 days of that notice. Vials that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned for health-protection reasons (the standard sealed-goods exception). Return postage is your responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or wrong. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
6. Warranty
The two-year statutory warranty under Danish law applies to defects present at delivery. Report any defect promptly to support@akhbiolabs.com.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item(s) concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any misuse of the products.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are handled by the courts of Copenhagen. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
