Shipping & Returns

Every order is dispatched from our Asia facility, and we ship worldwide.

Estimated delivery is 9–14 business days worldwide. Delivery estimates are indicative, not guaranteed; customs processing in the destination country can add time.

Within Thailand:

• Same-day delivery in Phuket
• Thailand-wide shipping in 1–3 days

Standard shipping is a flat €30 per order, worldwide. Orders of €500 or more ship free; the threshold applies to the order subtotal before any discount.

Amounts are shown in the currency you select on the site, and checkout shows the shipping charge before you pay.

Import duties, taxes and customs fees charged in the destination country are paid by the buyer and are not refunded.

Tracking information is emailed to you when your order ships. You can follow your parcel at any time on our parcel tracking page.

Every shipment is backed by our reshipment or full-refund guarantee in the event of a verified delivery issue. If we send a replacement parcel, its new tracking number is emailed to you.

If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you cannot find it after checking with your neighbours or your building's reception, email [email protected] with your order number and we will help.

Risk of loss transfers to you on hand-off to the carrier. You must be legally able to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction, and it is your responsibility to comply with local law.

If you are a consumer you have 14 days from the day you receive the order to withdraw from the purchase, in line with Danish and EU consumer law. To exercise the right, email [email protected] with your order number before the 14 days are up, then return the item within 14 days of that notice. Vials that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned for health-protection reasons (the standard sealed-goods exception). Return postage is your responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or wrong. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

The two-year statutory warranty under Danish law applies to defects present at delivery. Report any defect promptly to [email protected].
