What this evidence does not establish.
The combined injectable lipotropic formulation containing methionine, inositol, choline, L-carnitine and vitamin B12 has not been evaluated in any controlled trial; no published study has assessed the mixture's pharmacokinetics, additive or interactive effects, or clinical endpoints. Nearly all the available data come from oral supplementation or dietary-intake studies of single components in specific populations, so extrapolation to an injected multi-ingredient product is not supported.
