Healthy Hair, Skin & Nails Blend
B-Vitamin Beauty Complex
A B-vitamin complex research blend. Each 10ml vial contains Niacinamide 50mg, Thiamine HCL 50mg, Pantothenic Acid 25mg, Choline 10mg, Inositol 10mg, Niacin 5mg, Biotin 100mcg, Folic Acid 100mcg and Riboflavin 100mcg — 150.3mg of actives studied for keratin synthesis, epidermal barrier function and follicle metabolism.
The research profile.
This blend ships as a ready-mixed 10 ml liquid solution — no reconstitution is involved — delivering 150.3 mg of nine B-complex vitamins per vial: niacinamide (50 mg), thiamine HCl (50 mg), pantothenic acid (25 mg), choline (10 mg), inositol (10 mg), niacin (5 mg), and microgram-level biotin, folic acid, and riboflavin (100 mcg each).
The research rationale runs through keratinocyte metabolism. Hair and nail structures are built from keratin, and several B vitamins act as cofactors in the pathways that supply it: biotin is the coenzyme for the carboxylases feeding fatty-acid synthesis and amino-acid catabolism in keratin-producing cells, pantothenic acid is the precursor of coenzyme A, and niacinamide is the precursor of NAD and NADP — the redox backbone of epidermal energy metabolism. Reviews of micronutrients in hair biology map deficiencies of several of these vitamins to disordered hair and nail growth, while noting that evidence for supplementation in replete subjects is far weaker.
The individual components have their own literatures: niacinamide is among the best-studied B vitamins in dermatological research, with published work on epidermal barrier function and transepidermal water loss, and the biotin case-report literature documents improvement specifically where an underlying deficiency or pathology existed. As a combination product, this blend is a research formulation of established micronutrients rather than a novel compound.
